बिजली-पानी के बिल माफ़ी के लिए जिला कलेक्टर को सौंपा ज्ञापन

 टोंक-02 जुलाई।   राजस्थान जन कल्याण संघर्ष समिति के अध्यक्ष  विष्णु जायसवाल और  महासचिव आशीष शर्मा "क्रांतिकारी" ने गुरुवार को बिजली व पानी के 3 माह के बिलों को माफ़ करने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री राजस्थान सरकार के नाम एक ज्ञापन टोंक जिला कलेक्टर  किशोर कुमार शर्मा को सौपा ।

 जायसवाल ने मुख्यमंत्री से निवेदन किया कि पूर्व में लॉक डाउन और वर्तमान में अनलॉक की स्थिति में भी जनता आर्थिक विपन्नता से त्रस्त और भयग्रस्त है। समाज के निम्न वर्ग, मध्यम वर्ग और तथा कथित उच्च वर्ग की स्थिति निरीह व असहाय सी है । किसान , मजदूर,दुकानदार , थड़ी-ठेले वाले हज़ारों लोग बेरोजगारी से जूझ रहे है। निजी लघु औद्योगिक संस्थान चालू होते हुए भी चालू नहीं है । वे सभी महती आवश्यकता खाद्यान्नों की व्यवस्था भी नहीं कर पा रहे है ।उन्हे कर्ज़ा लेकर इन बिलों के भुगतान की व्यवस्था करनी पड़ रही है ।  ऐसी स्थिति में आम जन की सेवा का संकल्प कर उन्हें राहत प्रदान करने हेतु विगत 3 माह के बिजली व पानी के बिलों को पूर्ण माफ़ करना न्यायोचित , एवं जनता के हित में होगा ।

इस अवसर पर कमल जायसवाल,लक्ष्मी,  किशन जायसवाल, डॉ नरेंद्र , बाबूलाल ,आशीष कुमार , विष्णु शर्मा एवं नागेन्द्र भी मौजूद रहे।

 Memorandum of waiver of electricity-water bill submitted to District Collector

  Tonk-02 July.  Rajasthan Jan Kalyan Sangharsh Samiti President Vishnu Jaiswal and General Secretary Ashish Sharma "Krantikari" on Thursday submitted a memorandum to the Chief Minister of Rajasthan Government to Tonk District Collector Kishore Kumar Sharma to pardon the 3-month electricity and water bills.

  Jaiswal pleaded with the Chief Minister that even in the event of lock-down and unlocked in the past, the public is plagued with financial misery and fearful.  The condition of the lower class, middle class and the so-called upper class of the society is immaterial and helpless.  Thousands of peasants, laborers, shopkeepers, small-hagglers are struggling with unemployment.  The private small industrial institute is not operational even though it is operational.  They are not even able to arrange food grains for all their urgent needs. They have to arrange for payment of these bills by taking loans.  In such a situation, it will be justified, and it will be in the interest of the public to resolve the service of the common people and to give full relief to the electricity and water bills for the last 3 months.
