चूरू -19 जुलाई। डीएसपी ममता सारस्वत व हिमांशु शर्मा की टीम ने सोमवार को बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए एमपीएल एप्प (MPL app) पर online जुआ खिलाने वाले रैकेट का पर्दाफाश कर मौके से 16 अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया है। कार्रवाई के दौरान दो अलग अलग जगहो पर छापा मारकर अभियुक्तों से 156 मोबाईल, 05 पाॅवर बोर्ड, 37 चाॅर्जर तथा 01 स्टेबलाईजर जप्त किया गया। विभिन्न रजिस्टरों में लगभग 76 लाख का हिसाब मिला तथा एमपीएल वालेट में भी 20 लाख रूपये मिले।

जुआ घर का संचालन कर रहे सभी लोग एमपीएल मोबाईल एप्लीकेशन के माधयम से विभिन्न ऑनलाईन खेले जाने वाले खेलो में ग्रुप बनाकर उसमे शामिल होते है, बाहर के एक खिलाड़ी को शामिल कर उससे रूपये लगवाते तथा उसे हरवा कर विभिन्न पैमेंट गेटवे के माध्यमों से रकम प्राप्त कर लेते।

     चूरू एसपी नारायण टोगस ने बताया कि मुखबिर से मिली सूचना पर एएसपी योगेन्द्र फौजदार के निर्देशन  में सोमवार को सीओ ममता सारस्वत व डीएसपी एससी/एसटी सैल हिमांशु शर्मा में नेतृत्व में दो टीमें गठित कर बूटियां निवासी श्रवण कुमार एवं शीश राम के अलग-अलग मकान पर छापा मारा गया। आरोपी श्रवण कुमार के घर में एक कमरे में सात लोग गद्दो पर 67 मोबाईल तथा शीश राम के घर में नौ लोग गद्दो पर 89 मोबाईल रखकर ऑनलाईन जुआघर का संचालन कर रहे थे। सभी 16 लोगो को गिरफ्तार कर बरामद सामग्री जप्त कर थाना सदर में मुकदमा दर्ज किया जाकर पुरे रैकेट में शामिल सभी लोगो तथा इस प्रकार से जुआ खेलने के लिये मंच प्रदान करने वाली मोबाईल एप्लीकेशन के निर्माताओ की संलिप्तता का पता लगाया जा रहा है। 

गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त -

आरोपित श्रवण कुमार पुत्र बजरंग लाल जाट (38) के अलावा उसके घर से पवन कुमार पुत्र रामलाल जाट (38), विकास पुत्र रमेश जाट (22), मुरारी पुत्र बिरज लाल (38), विक्रम पुत्र रणजीत जाट (25), मनोज पुत्र सुरजा राम जाट (20) एवं धर्मेन्द्र पुत्र महावीर जोगी (25) निवासी बूटीया थाना सदर चूरू को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

     इसी प्रकार बूटियां निवासी अभियुक्त श्रवण कुमार उर्फ लीलाधर पुत्र ज्ञाना राम जाट (31) के घर से विकास सरावग  पुत्र सांवर मल सरावग (27), शीश राम पुत्र रणवीर जाट (40), अमित पुत्र कमलेश जाट (21), लोकेश पुत्र भंवर लाल जाट (25), दीनदयाल पुत्र मांगी लाल (30) एवं सुनील पुत्र फुला राम नायक (20) निवासी बूटीया, मुकेश मोगा पुत्र हनुमान सिंह जाट (28) निवासी दुलपुरा थाना मलसीसर एवं मनोज कुमार पुत्र नानक राम जाट (30) निवासी बाडकी थाना दुधवाखारा को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

 Churu July 19- Taking major action on Monday, the team of DSP Mamta Saraswat and Himanshu Sharma arrested 16 accused from the spot by busting the online gambling racket on MPL app.  During the operation, 156 mobiles, 05 power boards, 37 chargers and 01 stabilizer were seized from the accused by raiding at two different places.  An account of about 76 lakh was found in various registers and Rs 20 lakh was also found in MPL wallet.

 Joining people by forming a group- 

 All the people operating the gambling house, form a group in various online games played through MPL mobile application and get involved in it, get money from an outside player and get him defeated and get money through various payment gateways.  Let's do.

      Churu SP Narayan Togus said that on the information received from the informer, under the direction of ASP Yogendra Faujdar, on Monday, two teams were formed under the leadership of CO Mamta Saraswat and DSP SC / ST Cell Himanshu Sharma, different houses of Bootian residents Shravan Kumar and Sheesh Ram.  was raided.  In the house of accused Shravan Kumar, seven people were operating the online casino by keeping 67 mobiles on mattresses and nine people in Sheesh Ram's house keeping 89 mobiles on mattresses.  After arresting all 16 people and seizing the recovered material, a case is being registered in the police station Sadar and the involvement of all the people involved in the entire racket and the makers of the mobile application that provides a platform for gambling in this way is being ascertained.

 Arrested accused -

 Apart from the accused Shravan Kumar son Bajrang Lal Jat (38), Pawan Kumar son Ramlal Jat (38), Vikas son Ramesh Jat (22), Murari son Biraj Lal (38), Vikram son Ranjit Jat (25), Manoj son from his house.  Surja Ram Jat (20) and Dharmendra's son Mahavir Jogi (25) resident of Butia police station Sadar Churu were arrested.

      Similarly, Vikas Sarawag son Sanwar Mal Sarawag (27), Sheesh Ram son Ranveer Jat (40), Amit son Kamlesh Jat (21), Lokesh son Bhanwar Lal from the house of Bootia resident accused Shravan Kumar alias Leeladhar son Gyana Ram Jat (31)  Jat (25), Deendayal son Mangi Lal (30) and Sunil son Phula Ram Nayak (20) resident Butia, Mukesh Moga son Hanuman Singh Jat (28) resident Dulpura police station Malsisar and Manoj Kumar son Nanak Ram Jat (30) resident of Badki police station  Dudhwakhara was arrested.
