अजमेर-22 जुलाई।गुरुवार को आम आदमी पार्टी अजमेर के पदाधिकारियों ने महिला शक्ति प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कीर्ति पाठक के नेतृत्व में आनासागर के इर्द-गिर्द स्मार्ट सिटी (Smart Cities Mission)अजमेर के तत्वावधान में किए जा रहे निर्माण कार्यों का जायज़ा लिया और विरोध स्वरूप एक घंटे का सांकेतिक धरना दिया। 

कीर्ति पाठक ने आरोप लगाया कि स्मार्ट सिटी की आड़ में ज़िला प्रशासन द्वारा आनासागर के साथ खिलवाड़ कर इस के मूल स्वरूप को ख़त्म करने का षड्यंत्र चल रहा है। 

उन्होंने प्रशासन को निशाने पर लेते हुए कहा कि जब बाड़ ही खेत को खाने लगे तो बचाएगा कौन ? 

जब ज़िला प्रशासन ही न्यायपालिका के निर्णय की अवमानना करने लगे तो हम नागरिकों का कर्तव्य बनता है कि अपने अजमेर को बचाने आगे आएँ। 

उन्होंने अजमेर व आनासागर के स्वरूप को बिगाड़ने के लिए बीसियों साल के अजमेर के जनप्रतिनिधि और जन सेवक रहे व्यक्तियों को ज़िम्मेदार ठहराया। 

कीर्ति पाठक ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी ये माँग करती है कि तुरंत प्रभाव से आनासागर से पानी की निकासी पर रोक लगाई जाए , आनासागर की भराव क्षमता पूरी हो , गहराई नापी जाए , no construction zone को मानने के लिए सभी बाध्य हों और अब तक आनासागर के साथ खेलने और गांधारी की भूमिका निभाने वाले सभी जनसेवकों और जनप्रतिनिधियों को जवाबदेह  ठहराया जाए। 

उन्होंने 2015 के माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के DB Civil Writ Petition (PIL ) No. 883/2015 पर दिए गए एक निर्णय का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने 2015 में अजमेर नगर निगम को आनासागर झील के अधिसूचित क्षेत्र सहित उस के 250 मीटर की परिधि में किसी भी प्रकार के निर्माण व भवन योजना को मंज़ूरी देने से मनाही के साथ ही अवैध निर्माणों को ध्वस्त करने हेतु निर्देशित किया था जिस की पालना निगम प्रशासन द्वारा नहीं की गयी। 

उन्होंने माँग की कि आनासागर के मूल स्वरूप सहित इस के भराव क्षेत्र के 250 मीटर की परिधि में हुए समस्त constructions हटाए जाएँ और इधर घर बना कर बसे हुए आम नागरिकों को सरकार अन्यत्र मकान उपलब्ध करवाए और इस का समस्त खर्चा जनप्रतिनिधि रहे व्यक्तियों व जनसेवकों से वसूला जाए। 

साथ ही आनासागर के feeders और निकास के समस्त नाले भी अतिक्रमण मुक्त करवाए जाएँ। 

आज जल भराव की जो समस्या होती है उस का मूल कारण आनासागर के भराव क्षेत्र सहित नालों में बनी हुई अवैध बस्तियाँ ही हैं। 

कीर्ति पाठक का कहना था कि माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के सभी निर्णयों की अनदेखी के मद्देनज़र उच्च न्यायालय के retired judges की एक समिति को एक समय सीमा के साथ जाँच सौंपी जाए और जाँच की रिपोर्ट आने तक आनासागर के भराव क्षेत्र सहित इस के 250 मीटर की परिधि में होने वाले स्मार्ट सिटी अजमेर सहित अन्य सभी चल रहे contructions पर तुरंत प्रभाव से रोक लगाई जाए।

आज के विरोध प्रदर्शन में अल्पसंख्यक प्रकोष्ठ जिला अध्यक्ष अफाक अली, साउथ विधानसभा अध्यक्ष हेमंत गहरवार, मीडिया प्रभारी पृथ्वी सिंह नरूका, जिला प्रवक्ता कल्पित हरित जिला सह कोषाध्यक्ष राजेश नायक, टैक्सी, टेंपो चालक जिला उपाध्यक्ष दीपक कुमार, हेमनंदनी चौहान, ऋषिदत्त शर्मा, ललिता, तनवीर अली, जहीर अली आदि कार्यकर्ताओं का सक्रिय योगदान रहा।

 Kirti Pathak alleged that under the guise of Smart City, a conspiracy is going on by the district administration to destroy the original form of it by playing with Anasagar.

 Taking aim at the administration, she said that when the fence itself starts eating the field, then who will save it?

 When the district administration itself starts contemplating the decision of the judiciary, then it becomes the duty of the citizens to come forward to save our Ajmer.

 She blamed the people who were public representatives and public servants of Ajmer for twenty years for spoiling the nature of Ajmer and Anasagar.

 Kirti Pathak said that the Aam Aadmi Party demands that the withdrawal of water from Anasagar should be stopped with immediate effect, the filling capacity of Anasagar should be completed, the depth should be measured, everyone should be bound to accept no construction zone and till now  All public servants and public representatives who played with Anasagar and played the role of Gandhari should be held accountable.

She has filed DB Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No. of Hon'ble High Court of 2015.  Referring to a judgment dated 883/2015, the Hon'ble High Court in 2015 prohibited Ajmer Municipal Corporation from granting approval to any construction and building plan within a radius of 250 meters of the Anasagar Lake including the notified area.  Along with this, it was directed to demolish the illegal constructions, which was not followed by the corporation administration.

 She demanded that all the constructions, including the original form of Anasagar, should be removed within a radius of 250 meters of its filling area and the government should provide houses elsewhere to the common citizens who have built houses here and all the expenses of this from the people's representatives and public servants.  To be charged

 Along with this, all the feeders and drains of Anasagar should also be made encroachment free.

 The root cause of the problem of water logging today is the illegal settlements built in the drains along with the filled area of ​​Anasagar.

 Kirti Pathak said that in view of the disregard for all the decisions of the  High Court, a committee of retired judges of the High Court should be entrusted with the inquiry with a time limit and till the report of the inquiry comes, the circumference of 250 meters including the filling area of ​​Anasagar.  All other ongoing constructions including Smart City Ajmer should be banned with immediate effect.
