काॅमेडियन राजू श्रीवास्तव ( Raju Srivastav) को कौन नहीं जानता..? जी हाँ.. अपनी स्पाॅट-ऑन काॅमिक टाइमिंग और कमाल के परफाॅर्मेंस स्किल्स के लिये राजू श्रीवास्तव मशहूर हैं।

अब आप अपने चहेते कॉमेडियन राजू को जल्द ही एण्ड टीवी (&TV) के show  ‘और भई क्या चल रहा है?' (Aur Bhai Kya Chal Raha Hai) में जल्द ही देखेंगें।

इस शो में वह एक जाने-माने काॅमेडियन का अपना खुद का किरदार निभायेंगे। इसमें वह बिट्टू कपूर (अनु अवस्थी) के दूर के रिश्तेदार बने हैं। 

कहानी कुछ इस प्रकार है कि बिट्टू कपूर और पप्पू पांडे (संदीप यादव) की शादी होने वाली है और जैसा कि हमारे यहाँ होता है..शादी यानि ख़ूब जश्न मनाना और इसके  साथ ही ढेर सारा खाना-पीना व डांस मस्ती। तो साहब इस शादी के ख़ुशी के मौके पर रमेश प्रसाद मिश्रा (अंबरीश बाॅबी) एवं ज़फर अली मिर्ज़ा (पवन सिंह) तैयारियों में जुटे हैं। लेकिन समस्या यह है कि मुसीबत और मिश्रा एवं मिर्ज़ा का चोली-दामन का साथ रहा है! तो क्या इस बार बिट्टू और पप्पू की शादी में राजू के आने के साथ मुसीबत अपना रास्ता बदल देगी?

शो में अपनी एंट्री पर, राजू श्रीवास्तव ने कहा, ‘‘बहुत कम समय में ही ‘और भई क्या चल रहा है?‘ मेरा एक पसंदीदा शो बन गया है। मुझे इसमें मिश्रा और मिर्ज़ा की नोंक-झोंक बहुत अच्छी लगती है। इसलिये जब मुझसे इस शो में एक कैमियो करने के लिये पूछा गया, तो मैंने फौरन हां कह दिया। अभिनय करने और काॅमेडियन होने के बीच एक बहुत ही बारीक लाइन है। Actor और काॅमेडियन दोनों को ही परफाॅर्मेंस देना होता है, लेकिन लाइव परफाॅर्म करना, कैमरे के सामने शूटिंग करने और डायलाॅग्स का रिहर्सल करने से काफी अलग है। ये दोनों ही काम समान रूप से चुनौतीपूर्ण और साथ ही संतोषजनक भी हैं।

अपने किरदार के बारे में विस्तार से बताते हुये राजू ने कहा, ‘‘शो में मैं अपना खुद का ही किरदार निभा रहा हूं। मैं बिट्टू कपूर का दूर का रिश्तेदार बना हूं। राजू काॅमेडियन तो है, लेकिन बिट्टू की लव लाइफ के लिये लगातार चिंता का कारण बना हुआ है। बिट्टू और राजू बचपन के दोस्त हैं और बिट्टू के लिये राजू ‘अनलकी चार्म‘ है। इससे पहले राजू की वजह से पांच बार बिट्टू की शादी टूटी चुकी है और इसलिये बिट्टू का मानना है कि राजू की मौजूदगी में उसकी शादी कभी हो ही नहीं सकती है। 

लेकिन क्या इस बार मनहूस राजू, बिट्टू के लिये लकी साबित होगा? हम सभी के पास एक ऐसा दोस्त होता ही है, जिसे पता नहीं होता कि ‘किसके क्या बात करनी चाहिये और क्या नहीं करनी चाहिये‘ और राजू बिल्कुल वैसा ही है। वह बिट्टू के भले के लिये उसकी तरफ से बात करता है, लेकिन हमेशा ही हालात को सुधारने के बजाय और भी ज्यादा बिगाड़ देता है। शादी पक्की हो या ना हो, हंसी के ठहाके तो होंगे ही! यह निश्चित रूप से बहुत मजेदार और एन्टरटेनमेंट से भरपूर ट्रैक होने वाला है और मुझे पूरा यकीन है कि दर्शक इसे देखकर अपनी हंसी रोक नहीं पायेंगे।‘‘

Ace comedian Raju Srivastav,who is known for his spot-on comic timing and excellent performative skills,  is all set to make a banging entry in &TV’s show-  "Aur Bhai Kya Chal Raha Hai?"

  He will be seen essaying himself, a famous comedian in the show and a distant relative of Bittu Kapoor (Anu Awasthi). So, the story goes that there is a wedding on the cards for Bittu Kapoor and Pappu Pandey (Sandeep Yadav)! With weddings come grand celebrations, khana-peena aur naachna-gaana. There is a lot of excitement and lavish preparations underway by Ramesh Prasad Mishra (Ambrish Bobby) and Zafar Ali Mirza (Pawan Singh). But trouble and the Mishra-Mirza have always been the best friends! Wherever they go or whatever they do, trouble finds its way to them! So, will the trouble change its course this time with Raju arriving at Bittu and Pappu’s wedding celebrations?

On his entry into the show, Raju Srivastav says, “The show Aur Bhai Kya Chal Raha Hai? has become one of my favourite shows in a short span. I thoroughly enjoy watching the hilarious banter between the Mishras and Mirzas. So, when I was approached for a cameo in the show, I instantly agreed. There is a thin line between acting and being a comedian. While both involve performances, performing live is quite different from shooting in front of the camera and rehearsing the dialogues. Both are equally challenging as well as rewarding.” 

Elaborating on his character, Raju adds, “I am essaying myself on screen in the show but as a distant relative of Bittu Kapoor. Aside from being a comedian, Raju is a constant source of worry for Bittu’s love life. They are childhood friends, and Raju is Bittu’s unlucky charm. In the past, Raju had broken off five of Bittu’s weddings leading him to believe that Raju’s presence is never good for Bittu’s marital plans! But will the not-so-lucky Raju become lucky for Bittu this time around? We all have that one friend who does not know when to keep mum, and Raju is no different. He speaks on behalf of Bittu in his best interests but somehow always manages to make the situation worse for him while trying to improve it. Shaadi pakki ho ya na, hassi ke thahake toh honge hi! It is out and out a fun and entertaining track, and I am sure the audience will have a hearty laugh.”
