जयपुर--02 जुलाई। वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना के चलते देशभर में विश्वविद्यालयों की शेष बची परीक्षाओं के आयोजन को लेकर शिक्षकों, अभिभावकों एवं विद्यार्थियों में असमंजस की स्थिति बनी हुई है। इसी को देखते हुए यूजीसी गुरुवार को नई गाइडलाइन जारी कर सकता है।

विद्यार्थियों की परेशानी को देखते हुए राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय की छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष पूजा वर्मा ने मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत को ज्ञापन  दिया है जिसमे उक्त परीक्षाएँ रद्द करने व विद्यार्थियों को अगली कक्षा में क्रमोन्नत करने की माँग की गई है।

 पूजा वर्मा ने ज्ञापन में लिखा है कि  शहर के अलावा आस-पास के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से भी छात्र-छात्राएं परीक्षाएँ देने आते है। कोरोना के चलते पहले ही परिवहन के समुचित साधन उपलब्ध नहीं हैं,ऐसे में छात्र- छात्राओं को भारी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ेगा।


   

इसी संदर्भ में विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग की ओर से जारी नई गाइडलाइन्स के मुताबिक ही देश के सभी कॉलेजों और विश्वविद्यालयों में परीक्षाओं का आयोजन किया जाएगा या नहीं इसक बारे में फैसला आएगा।

ज्ञात रहे कि कुछ दिनों पहले केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय (MHRD) ने यूजीसी से कहा था कि परीक्षा आयोजित करने तथा नया शैक्षणिक सत्र शुरू करने को लेकर उसने जो दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं, उन पर एक बार फिर से विचार की जरूरत है।

आपको बता दें कि विद्यार्थियों व उनके अभिभावकों के साथ-साथ शिक्षकों ने भी पिछले कुछ दिनों से सोशल मीडिया पर परीक्षाएं रद्द करने की माँग को लेकर मुहिम चला रखी है।

यूजीसी ने इससे पहले मई में इस संबंध में दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए थे। तब यूूजीसी ने विश्वविद्यालयों की फाइनल परीक्षाओं के लिए नई गाइडलाइंस जारी की थी जिसमें कॉलेजों और विश्वविद्यालयों को निर्देश दिया गया था कि वे फाइनल ईयर/सेमेस्टर की परीक्षाओं को आयोजित करवाए।

UGC may issue new guidelines today

 Jaipur - 02 July.  Due to global epidemic corona, there is confusion among teachers, parents and students about the remaining examinations of universities across the country.  In view of this, UGC may release new guidelines on Thursday.

 In view of the problems of the students, Pooja Verma, President of the Students' Union of Rajasthan University has submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, which called for canceling the said exams and upgrading the students to the next class.

  Pooja Verma has written in the memo that apart from the city, students from nearby rural areas also come to take examinations.  Already, due to Corona, proper means of transportation are not available, in such a situation, the students will have to face a lot of problems.

  In this context, according to the new guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission, a decision will be taken on whether the examinations will be conducted in all the colleges and universities of the country.

 It may be noted that a few days ago, the Union Human Resource Development Ministry (MHRD) had told the UGC that the guidelines it has issued for conducting the examination and starting a new academic session need to be re-considered.  .

 Let us tell you that along with students and their parents, teachers have also been campaigning on the demand of canceling the examinations on social media for the last few days.

 The UGC had earlier issued guidelines in this regard in May.  The UUGC had then issued new guidelines for the final examinations of universities in which colleges and universities were instructed to conduct final year / semester examinations.
