एस आई भर्ती परीक्षा मामले में हाईकोर्ट की फटकार पर CM भजनलाल से इस्तीफे की मांग

प्रमुख कांग्रेस विचारक कैलाश शर्मा ने एस आई भर्ती (SI bharti pariksha 2024) मामले में राजस्थान सरकार को हाईकोर्ट की फटकार के बाद मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल (CM Bhajan Lal Sharma) से नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए इस्तीफा देने के लिए कहा है। 

कैलाश शर्मा का कहना है कि जब हाईकोर्ट के जस्टिस समीर जैन की एकल पीठ ने स्पष्ट आदेश दे दिया था कि चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को पोस्टिंग नहीं दे सकते, बावजूद इसके एडीजी विपिन पांडे ने चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को फील्ड ट्रेनिंग संबंधी आदेश दे दिए। यह स्थिति हाई कोर्ट आदेश की अवमानना सरीखी है।

चूंकि पुलिस महकमा गृह मंत्रालय के अधीन आता है और गृह मंत्रालय का जिम्मा खुद मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल के पास है। हाईकोर्ट आदेश की अवहेलना राजस्थान सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय ने की है, अतः स्वाभाविक जवाबदेही मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल की है और नैतिकता का तकाजा है कि वे इस्तीफा दें।

 उल्लेखनीय है कि राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग (RPSC)ने राजस्थान पुलिस सब इंस्पेक्टर (एसआई) भर्ती 2024 के लिए कुल 859 पदों के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए थे। 7.97 लाख युवाओं ने आवेदन किया, जबकि परीक्षा में 3.80 लाख शामिल हुए। 20359 को पास कर फिजिकल फिटनेस जांच के लिए भेजा, जिनमें 3291 इंटरव्यू के लिए पात्र घोषित किए गए। साक्षात्कार उपरांत सफल अभ्यर्थियों की सूची एक जून 2023 को जारी की गई थी। 

Rajasthan Police (SI) Recruitment परीक्षा का पर्चा जयपुर के हसनपुरा, शांति नगर स्थित रवीन्द्र बाल भारती स्कूल में लीक हुआ था। दिसंबर, 2023 में ही भजनलाल सरकार ने पेपर लीक जांच के लिए एस आई टी (SIT) घोषित की थी और अब दिलचस्प बात यह है कि भजनलाल सरकार ही इस मामले में हाईकोर्ट आदेश की अवज्ञा कर रही है, जिस कारण सरकार को फटकार मिली और  सोवर्निटी (Sovereignty) भी प्रभावित हुई है।

Prominent Congress thinker Kailash Sharma has called for Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma to take moral responsibility and resign after the Rajasthan government was reprimanded by the High Court in the SI recruitment case.

Kailash Sharma stated that despite a clear order from Justice Sameer Jain of the High Court's single bench, which prohibited the posting of selected candidates, ADG Vipin Pandey issued orders for field training of the candidates. This action was a clear violation of the court's order.

Since the police department falls under the Ministry of Home Affairs, which is directly overseen by Chief Minister Bhajanlal, the violation of the High Court's order by the state's Home Ministry places the onus on CM Bhajanlal. Therefore, it is a matter of morality that he should resign.

Paper Leak Scandal

However, the exam paper for the Rajasthan Police SI recruitment was leaked at the Ravindra Bal Bharati School in Hassanpura, Shantinagar, Jaipur. In December 2023, the Bhajanlal government had formed an SIT to investigate the paper leak.

 Interestingly, it is this very government that is now disregarding the High Court's order, leading to the reprimand and tarnishing the sovereignty of the state.
